Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from Encore Symposiums

Spotlighting: The Gift of Beauty in Jackson Hole, Wyoming

While we make our final preparations for Christmas with our families and loved ones, we have been reflecting on the last year and each attendee is on our minds. We have traveled to spectacular destinations, stayed in top-notch resorts, dined in amazing restaurants and laughed with spectacular people. We have truly been blessed as we have enjoyed each place and each person.

With this in our thoughts, we look forward to 2009 and have officially declared it “The Year of Service. In this uncertain economy, we realize that your decision to travel while earning continuing education credits is a hard-earned luxury and your choice to travel with us is a gift.

Our goal is to provide you with a personal, hands-on experience that will result in life-long memories that you will cherish. We encourage you to call when you have questions and to share your intuitive feedback. For each communication is a learning experience for us.

One attendee at our Bar Harbor symposium in October suggested admittance certificates to our welcome receptions for those who RSVP, thus confirming time and place and avoiding more people than expected. Great idea! At our welcome receptions, we strive to welcome you in style by providing great food, ambiance with a flavor of the local culture and an opportunity to meet your colleagues.

In 2009, when attending an Encore Symposium you will receive an official invite to the welcome reception by email. Simply reply and you will receive a formal Invite Confirmation Certificate upon arrival at the resort. As an addition, we will supply the certificate in a welcome packet. This packet will contain registration guidance, schedule confirmations and area information. It is our goal to provide you with an atmosphere where you can truly relax.

Now, while you warm your hearts this season with holiday cheer, think about some of our sunnier destinations just around the corner. We are sure that everyone who travels with us to the Wine Country in March will be feeling a warm glow after touring Sonoma’s fabulous wineries. Those who decide to frolic on the beach of Hilton Head Island in May will have a much needed, early start to their summer. And, should you decide to celebrate the Fourth of July with a real bang, the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks Unveiled Symposium at the Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming is the destination for you!

As a special incentive, the Spring Creek Ranch will be accepting reservations through January 31, 2009 with one room night deposit instead of two. They understand the holidays can sometimes squeeze your budget. However, they wanted us to pass on that airline flights into Jackson Hole are currently some of the lowest prices they have seen. By accepting a reduced deposit, early planners get some bang for their buck!

You can start celebrating now then really finish it off by attending Independence Day at Spring Creek Ranch with exclusive access to the top of the butte where you will look down onto the town of Jackson for the fireworks display. The event will be complete with a barbeque by Chef Wentworth. A sumptuous, culinary delight you will not want to miss. When making reservations at the Spring Creek Ranch, be sure to mention that you would like to attend the Fourth of July Celebration as tickets are limited and their road becomes private access that evening.

Where ever and with whomever you celebrate your joys this season and in the coming year, we send you much warmth, appreciation and hope that you and yours stay safe and well.

Until the next fabulous destination,
