The hotel has reduced the King and Two Queens Standard View rates during the meeting dates, as well as for 3 nights before and after, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, because of high demand during peak season, discounted rates are not available for Partial Coastal View, Golf View, or Gulf Front View accommodations. When making a reservation, guests have the option to reserve upgrades at the current published rates offered by the resort.

The hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in. Rates are based on single or double occupancy only. There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for each additional guest over the age of 18 staying in the room. The group rates apply 3 days pre and post-conference based on availability.

Be sure to get in touch with Encore Symposiums immediately, should you have any difficulty securing a room reservation.
The resort requires a one-night room and tax deposit.
Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm on February 21, 2025, to receive the heavily discounted rates; however, once the block is sold out, regardless of the date, the negotiated Encore guest rate may not be available.
We strongly recommend securing your reservation by December 1st, 2024, to avoid missing out on the group rate. Increasing the room block at the group rate is NOT an option at this resort.
Individuals canceling less than seven days before their scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
The hotel will honor the group rate three days pre/post the conferences based on group room availability.

Travel from Airport and Around the Island:

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is about 15 miles from the resort and Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 23 miles from the resort. While this hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, their concierge will be happy to organize transportation for you!
Opal Sandpearl offers a convenient shuttle service that can transport guests to any location on the island at no additional cost. Just a step away from the resort front door, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and shops to explore.
