Secure your reservation at the current rate shown.
Send your reservation confirmation number to nancy@escrnas.com.
Encore will forward your reservation confirmation to the resort.
The resort group reservations will reduce your rate to the the new negotiated rate of $599.
Attendees will receive a new confirmation via email.
The resort requires a one-night room and tax deposit due seven (7) days before the arrival date.
Individuals canceling less than seven days before their scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.

Compare Encore Rates vs. Non-group Rates During the Conference Dates

Unfortunately, because of high demand during peak season, discounted rates are not available for Partial Coastal View, Golf View, or Gulf Front View accommodations. When making a reservation, guests have the option, based on availability, to reserve upgrades at the current published rates offered by the resort.

The hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in. Rates are based on single or double occupancy only. There is an additional charge of $30 per person, per night, for each additional guest over the age of 18 staying in the room. The group rates apply 3 days pre and post-conference based on availability.

Special Concessions Negotiated Exclusively for the Encore Attendees:

Reduced Resort Fee of $20/night from $35/night.
Reduced Valet Parking fee of $20/per night from $40 per night.
Housekeeping Gratuities are at your discretion.

Travel from the Airport and Around the Island:

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is about 15 miles from the resort and Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 23 miles from the resort. While this hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, their concierge will happily organize transportation for you!
Opal Sandpearl offers a convenient shuttle service that can transport guests to any location on the island at no additional cost.
Attendees do not need to rent a vehicle at this destination as just a step away from the resort's front door, you’ll find a plethora of restaurants and shops to explore.
