The historic Main Inn exudes sophistication, elegance, and charm. The Historic Main Inn, Cottage Rooms, and Spa Suites of Chatham Bars Inn all have something different to offer our guests. The Main Inn was built in 1914 and has been painstakingly restored to provide elegance at every turn. The Cottage Rooms and Suites provide pristine views of Cape Cod and offer privacy and luxurious amenities. Pamper yourself in one of our Spa Suites for the ultimate in true tranquility. All rooms include flat-screen televisions, Bose Wave radios, luxury linens, L’Occitane bath amenities, plush bathrobes, hairdryers, central air, and Nespresso coffeemakers.

Encore Group Rates

Encore Symposiums has negotiated the following drastically reduced rates until July 6th or until the block sells out:

Deluxe Accommodation - $409 per night, single/double
Oceanview Room - $509 per night, single/double
Spa Suite - $559 per night, single/double
Oceanview Suite - $609 per night, single/double

Rates are exclusive of hotel occupancy tax (11.7%), Cape & Island Water Protection Fund Tax (2.75%), and resort fee (5% of the room rate).

The hotel will honor the discount rate 2 days prior and 2 days post the conference based on availability. This resort historically sells out by mid-June or before.

To reserve ocean-view rooms and spa suites, please call the hotel's direct reservation line, (800) 527-4884 (Press 1) between 9 AM and 5 PM. The after-hours call service cannot access these bookings. This applies to pre/post stays. Only Chatham Bar Inn agents will honor the group rate. Attendees can request a room type; however, the hotel cannot guarantee the location.

A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. You may cancel reservations up to thirty (30) days before arrival, less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancelations received within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Please note that when making your reservation, the conference ends Thursday at 12:15 p.m.

The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. The hotel will accommodate any early arrivals and/or departures on an availability basis. Bell staff and housekeeping gratuities are at the guests' discretion.
