To receive the Encore group rate, state that you are with the "Encore Symposiums Anesthesia 2025".
Please advise reservations of any special requests (bed type, rollaway, crib, disabilities, etc.).
Reservations deadline is OCTOBER 6, 2025 to receive the heavily discounted rates. These rates are based on availability or until the Encore Room Block sells out.
