These rates exclude Florida State Sales Tax (currently 7 %/night), Resort Tax (currently at 5%), and the reduced resort fee rate ($25/night). Children under 18 years of age are complimentary. Based on availability, the group rate applies 3 days pre and post-conference.

Identify yourself as an attendee of Encore Symposiums 2025 and provide the group code: 1136MZ
The resort requires a one-night room and tax deposit.
Reservations must be made by 5:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025, to receive the heavily discounted rates; however, once the block is sold out, regardless of the date, the negotiated Encore guest rate may not be available.
We strongly recommend securing your reservation by February 1st, 2025, to avoid missing out on the group rate. Increasing the room block at the group rate is NOT an option at this resort.
Individuals canceling less than seven days before their scheduled arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
The hotel will honor the group rate three days pre/post the conferences based on group room availability.

DISCOUNTED RESORT FEE OF $20/NIGHT INCLUDES:

Complimentary in-room and public space high-speed Wi-Fi up to five Mbps (enhanced speed also available up to three times faster at an additional fee), local calls, 800 long-distance calls, information calls, coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach services and access to the fitness center (excluding yoga).

Keep in mind, this is PEAK SEASON and there are limited accommodations at this hotel and in the entire Naples area. Secure your accommodations as soon as possible! Historically the block of rooms sells out 2-3 months prior to the conferences.
