Rooms are subject to Maine Lodging Tax, currently 9%, Porterage Fee $10/room, round trip, Housekeeping Fee $3.00/room/night, and a reduced resort fee of $28 per room per day from $40 per room per day. Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out of the hotel is no later than 11:00 a.m. As a reminder, general sessions end Thursday at 12:15 p.m. Please consider extending your stay through Thursday evening or reserving an afternoon flight to complete the full seminar. Resort Cancellation Policy: Reservations require a deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the value of the reservation. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the Resort receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least twenty-one (21) days prior to scheduled arrival. Individual cancellations inside of the twenty-one (21) day cancellation policy will be subject to the individual's entire reservation.

The Tiller restaurant is suspended above the ocean and offers panoramic views of spectacular sunrises, romantic sunsets, and the Atlantic horizon, providing the perfect Maine oceanfront dining experience.
